Version 2.61 includes a myriad of extra features, including extra LEDs for "glitz" that can be programmed/sequenced... 6 sound font banks, a menu selection mode, and a music/sound player--"iSaber".
Note the "lockup", "Force" and "blaster deflection" effects that sets it apart from an FX driver, and the Crystal Focus board also allows for controlling the current... also good for the "ramping on/off" effect.

Most of Ben Burtt's incredible sounds can be found in a myriad of ways, including online searches... the video games (Jedi Knight/Outcast/Academy, etc. etc.), and even sound archives.
I give all the credit to Ben Burtt for creating the possibility for all of my "arrangements" of sound fonts for CF. Granted, things like the "Phoenix Pyre" and "Ancient Saber" are of my own creation for the mostpart.

Oops, I forgot to make that clearer to everyone... sink tubes! Yes, a partial 1.25" sink tube for the "top" and a 1.50" tube with a screw cap for the bottom. :)
Can't get any less expensive than that! Not to mention the pretty nice wide inner diameter...

Hi again Pablo... let's see... Lux V = yes. The CF can drive the current dynamically between 0 and 1500ma. You can set it to whatever you like. The Lux V max cont. current is 700ma, so you can do that or overdrive it to 1000 if you wish to do so.
I'm not much of a prodigy with these... my skills are very basic, and I've merely read, studied, asked questions and received HELP from countless others over the past year... so... my thanks to the forums & threads!

Beautiful hilt novastar i love the originality of the drilled holes with the LEDs inside, eliminates unecessary protrusions really effectively. Thats how they should look in the movies.
