During funeral processions there are usually multiple motorcycle and cop car escorts. What they do is block the intersections so the funeral dosn't have to stop. When the procession gets to a certain point they then go to the next light. What he was doing was passing the cars going to the next intersection, when this happened. __________________________________________________ | |
